During his term as the top executive of the company, Louis R. Chenevert made sure that the products that the United Technologies Corporations is manufacturing would still be awarded with quality seals. Louis R. Chenevert is a dreamer, and when he was still working as an employee for different companies, he has seen the hard work that the people are exerting to earn enough money. Because he also experienced hardships in life, Louis R. Chenevert decided to train scholars from around the world. He wanted to help these people, and at the same time use their potential for the benefit of the company.
Louis R. Chenevert announced that he is looking for someone who is willing to be trained and willing to go back to school. Lots of people have responded to him, so he began picking who he thinks would be a company asset.
